IMMIGRATION LAW
I was motivated to enter the race for Congress as a result of coming to the realization that there is little to be done to help the children in this country that were brought here by their parents as infants & toddlers.
We as Americans ought not punish the child for the sins of their father. We can do better than that.
There are many ways to come to the US, each of which has its own intricacies. I currently limit my immigration practice to family based Visas, including Fiance Visas. I do this simply because it is the one area of Immigration Law I am familiar with, and I would be doing my clients a disservice to represent them in a field of law in which I do not hold some expertise.
Visas through Family
Family relationships are the most common way to immigrate to the United States. Generally you must have a close relative here who can sponsor you. If you have a close relative - parent, child, spouse, or sibling I can explain how your relative can sponsor you. If you do not have a close relative, you may also have a fiance sponsor you.

FAIR & REASONABLE RATES
All Immigration Cases include a free initial consultation at which time information about your current status will be gathered. Should you choose to retain my services, an initial retainer of $1000 must be deposited. All work performed on your file by me is then billed at a rate of $200 per hour. I also have a legal assistant who helps me keep your legal fees to a minimum by billing at $100 per hour.
